Zoom Drain

Technician/Plumber Hector Luis and his team were professional, polite, efficient and courteous throughout weeks of pipe replacement construction at our home. We are so grateful for their work and efficacy. They went above & beyond. Treated our home with respect & cleanliness to the best of their ability during sewage construction. Highly recommend this team & company!!!

Both the service and experience all around were excellent. Joel and Roy were a dynamic duo. They came in, introduced themselves, asked me some questions to get a feel for what the issue was and they took it from there. Job was completed, they explained what they had done and they cleaned up very well behind themselves. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others as well.

I had the pleasure of having Rafael Sanchez visit my home to correct the problem. The clogged drain in my kitchen sink was present for years but I did nothing about it and just waited for the water to go down each time -- very slowly, could be an hour or two. Tried using Drano and other products but as I found out, that only made it worse. I had made a late appointment for Zoom Drain to send a technician, between 4 and 7PM. Rafael was at another job and was nice enough to tell me he was still on that job and would be arriving near the later part of our appointment and he did get here at 7PM. My drain and the pipes leading out of the house were a disaster, clogged the whole length with grease and who knows what else. Rafael explained to me very clearly how he was going to go about fixing the problem and gave me the prices upfront. To make a long story short, Rafael ended up leaving my home 12:30AM. He used all kinds of tools and routers to correct the problem but the sludge was stubborn. Fortunately, so was Rafael. He would not quit. He was not satisfied until the problem was corrected to his satisfaction. Rafael is personable, super hard working (I was getting tired just watching him), and loves his work. If you call Zoom Drain, you will be lucky if you get Rafael. He is a credit to his company. Steve
